January 3rd we left JFK at 8:30 pm. The plane ride was 6 and a half hours. I ended up watching three movies, instead of sleeping. Once we got to Paris, we had to wait four hours for our next flight. We left Paris at 12:50pm, and we got to Florence at 3pm. Once in Florence, Rachel and I decided to go to the supermarket. It was an interesting experince. You had to pay for a cart, as well as bags. After that we went back to our room. I had a nice hot shower and took a short nap. At 7:30 pm we meet with everyone to get dinner. We walked to the restaurant, which was a few blocks away. The food was really good. We ate sea food, two different pastas, and dessert; accompanied by wine. We left the restaurant at 11pm, and as soon as we got back I fell asleep.
3 gennaio abbiamo lasciato JFK alle 8:30 pm. Il viaggio aereo era di 6 ore e mezza. Ho finito per guardare tre film, invece di dormire. Una volta arrivati a Parigi, abbiamo dovuto aspettare quattro ore per il nostro prossimo volo. Siamo partiti da Parigi alle ore 12.50, e siamo arrivati a Firenze alle 3 del pomeriggio. Una volta a Firenze, Rachel e ho deciso di andare al supermercato. E 'stato un experince interessante. Hai dovuto pagare per un carro, così come borse. Dopo di che siamo tornati alla nostra camera. Ho avuto una bella doccia calda e prese un breve pisolino. Alle 07:30 ci incontriamo con tutti per ottenere la cena. Abbiamo camminato per il ristorante, che era a pochi isolati di distanza. Il cibo era davvero buono. Abbiamo mangiato frutti di mare, due primi piatti diversi, e dessert, accompagnati da vino. Abbiamo lasciato il ristorante alle 11 di sera, e non appena siamo tornati mi addormentai.
